The new instruction and note reflect the Supreme Court&#8217;s recent decision in <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">State v. Richland<\/span>, 2015 VT 126. The Committee has also revised the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.vtjuryinstructions.org\/criminal\/MS60-201.htm\">instruction<\/a> for Furnishing Alcohol to a Minor to reflect a recent legislative amendment. <em>See<\/em> 7 V.S.A. \u00a7 658(a)(1); 2015, No. 51, \u00a7 A.14, eff.
