Casey<\/em><\/a>, 2013 VT 22, the Court\u00a0provided guidance on how a jury should be instructed in the event that a codefendant pleads guilty in the middle of a trial.\u00a0 In <a href=\"http:\/\/info.libraries.vermont.gov\/supct\/current\/op2012-002.html\" target=\"_blank\"><em>State v. Snow<\/em><\/a>, 2013 VT 19, the Court provided guidance on the element of compulsion in a sexual-assault trial when the victim is alleged to have been asleep or incapacitated at the time of the alleged act.\u00a0 And in a civil case,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/info.libraries.vermont.gov\/supct\/current\/op2012-030.html\" target=\"_blank\"><em>Fagnant v.
